Donation Confirmation

Created to address the increasing challenges of showcasing singers, bands, and other creatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dallas Music Network has been providing critical resources and performance opportunities to rising artists from the Dallas area since March of 2020. Dallas Music Network strives to support DFW’s flourishing artistic community and ensure that live music continues to thrive in North Texas.

Just dropped! @dallasmusicnetworkofficial 2023 Artist Accelerator pilot student, @lelizabethward ‘s very first original song “Mood Swings!” Out now!!!. This is the first of 7 from her new original EP “Defining LE” produced by #dallasmusicnetwork Director of Artist Development, Roberts Marcus, AKA @mavtraxx

@ebpnoman88 introduced me ( @beverlyperrymusic ) to LE in December of 2022. Upon speaking with her mother I discovered she did not have original music. I knew that Mav was the right person to take her from a singer to a singer-songwriter and keep her excited about the music during the process. I set up a meeting to get the process started with Mav. I couldn’t be more proud of what Mav and LE have accomplished together.

In April 2023 we recorded her EP at @btwhspva with talented student musicians age 13 to 18. I’m also very proud of the talented group of young instrumentalists on this recording.

We filmed this process and will be releasing the documentary “Dallas Music Network Presents - The Making of Defining LE” in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Follow Dallas Music Network for the drop date.
